This policy explains how Brightcourt Studios, LLC ("Brightcourt", "we", "us") handles information in our games, including VolleyStarz, and on this website. Our games are made for kids and families, so we collect as little as possible.

The short version

• We do not ask for your name, email, address, phone number or photos in our games.
• We do not show ads and we do not sell or share personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers or build profiles of players.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress, settings and the player you create are saved on your device. We do not receive this information.

Crash and error reports

If the game crashes or hits an error, it sends a technical report so we can fix the problem. A report contains the game version, device model, operating system version and technical details about the error. It does not contain your name, contact details or precise location. We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to receive these reports, and we use them only to fix bugs and improve stability.

Online play and Game Center

Online matches and leaderboards use Apple Game Center. If you choose to play online, Apple handles your Game Center account under Apple's Privacy Policy. Opponents are shown by team name. There is no chat, messaging, friend list or player profile in our games.

Children's privacy

Our games are designed to be suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Online features run through Apple Game Center, which follows Apple's family and parental controls. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Purchases

If a game ever offers purchases, they are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard security logs, such as IP addresses, to protect the site.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your email only to reply. You can ask us to delete any information you have sent us at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
